Payment due within 7 days of invoice date.
Late fees for overdue invoices may be charged at 30% of total invoice.
Method of Payment: Direct Deposit; Paypal; Cash Payment or Company/Bank Cheque by prior arrangement (in Australia only).
In some instances pre-payment may be required before commencement of work.
Urgent or after hours work may incur a surcharge.
Discounts may be available. Please provide documented proof of student I.D., Pension or other concession, Non-profit group.
Circumstances Beyond Control
Circumstances Beyond Control of Two Hands Dancing will entitle Two Hands Dancing to delay or suspend service without penalty. However, in good faith Two Hands Dancing will assist the Client to reduce business interruption related to written task, if possible.
Circumstances Beyond Control include, but are not limited to, strikes, accidents, fire, loss of power or breakdown of equipment or inability to access the Internet for either Client or Two Hands Dancing.
Best Practice
Before use of completed documents it is highly recommended that the Client check all documents, as final proof-reading or editing remain the responsibility of the Client.
For Transcribed Documents, [Unclear/Inaudible words] are identified by square brackets for the immediate attention of the Client.
General
Breach of Copyright will be inforced for intentional misuse of all data, graphics (etc) and documentation found on this site for any use other than informational purposes only. All data, graphics (etc) and documentation found on this site can not be used for any commercial purposes.
Two Hands Dancing cannot be held liable for any purpose for which the Client's completed written documents are put to, by the Client.
Privacy:
All personal details will be stored in accordance with The Privacy Act governing Australian businesses.
Fees and Charges
For Australian clients:
Fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
For UK clients:
Fees are in British Pound (GBP)
For all other clients:
Fees are in US Dollars (USD)
Consultation Fee May Apply ($130.00 or 130GBP per hour) - for in-person, telephone or other tele-communications.

By the project- depending upon the nature of the work.

When you contact Two Hands Dancing, please ensure the following information is provided:
1. Full description of what you want - what the copy is for - website, newsletter, sales letter, company bio, corporate brochure.
2. What industry your company is in.
3. Who the audience is - male/female, what age, working/not working, kids/no kids, etc.
4. What your budget is (you need to know how much you have allocated or are willing to allocate when hiring Two Hands Dancing services - fees estimated to start at $130.00 or 130GBP).
5. What your deadline is (this is very important as I have to assess my ability to meet your need).
